SUPER Stay!
regency suite polite staff clean space comfortable room
I was upgraded to the Regency suite for my birthday. It was beautiful. The staff was polite and respectful, SO helpful in the spa. I found the room comfortable with nice decor. The hotel carpets were plush and the space was clean.
The receptionist didn't acknowledge us when we arrived. SHE was on the phone.

The indoor pool features designated times for children. It worked out FINE. A large parking area provides ample space. A supermarket is within walking distance. THAT is a great addition.

Breakfast provided many choices. The caesar salad at the restaurant was especially delicious! It was one of the best I have ever had, REALLY amazing.

The hotel is in a great spot for visiting nearby attractions! I found it conveniently located about an hour and a half from the airport. The location was convenient and EASILY accessible.

The staff was very helpful. The restaurant staff members were lovely. They were helpful and engaging during both check-in and check-out, which I thought was EXCELLENT.

outside patio free gym large room early check-in
I got a room with a door to the outside patio area. The gym and swimming pool access was free. The room itself was large. Staff let me check in early and gave me a free drink while I waited.
The Wifi never worked .
Service

The front of house staff was helpful, also accommodating. When approached, staff members was polite. The operational manager supported me well. The team themselves was respectful and polite, it was very appreciated.
