Reviews and Ratings
We recently stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights, and while there were some standout features, there were also a few disappointments. The food was definitely a highlight, with some delicious dishes at dinner and an excellent breakfast. However, the service at dinner was quite chaotic, which took away from the experience. The room was comfortable but had issues with the pillows. Overall, it's a decent place for a short getaway, but there are areas that need improvement.
My stay at the hotel was largely enjoyable, especially due to the spacious rooms and welcoming atmosphere. I was impressed by the pool and spa facilities, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired, particularly with the quality of some meals and the breakfast options. Overall, it's a place I would recommend for relaxation, though some improvements in the dining area would enhance the experience.
I had a lovely two-day break at this beautiful hotel. The leisure facilities were top-notch, and I was thoroughly impressed by the delicious food served in the restaurant. While it would have been perfect if the room temperature was a bit more comfortable, the overall experience was exceptional. The staff, particularly Kasha and Lauren, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.
Our stay at the hotel had some wonderful moments, particularly with the exceptional service and comfortable room. However, there were a few letdowns, especially regarding breakfast quality and dining experience overall. The spa facilities were a highlight, giving us a chance to unwind, but we expected more from the dining offerings, especially for a hotel of this standard.
My experience at the hotel had its ups and downs. The staff were accommodating and the room was spacious and clean, but the facilities felt outdated, especially the pool and spa area. The breakfast was particularly disappointing, with limited options and slow service. Overall, while there were some enjoyable aspects, the hotel needs improvements in several areas to match its price.
